Services Provided

All services provided by Conscious Reset are self-pay only (cash-based). We do not accept or bill insurance for any services. This includes physical therapy, Reiki, stretching, mobility, cupping, red light therapy, Theragun use, IASTM, cryotherapy/thermal therapy, injury prevention, recovery, and general wellness care.

Payment Terms

All payments are due upfront via accepted platforms (Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Stripe, etc.).

Use of Website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it for fraudulent or illegal activity. By booking a service or purchasing a product, you acknowledge and accept our terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, and eBooks, are property of Conscious Reset and may not be copied or reused without written consent.

Purchases &  Refund Policy

All digital sales (eBooks, videos, etc.) are final and non-refundable. Merchandise that is defective or damaged may be exchanged for the same item.

Client Requirements

Minors under 18 must have signed parental/guardian consent to receive services.

Liability Waiver

By purchasing or receiving services, you acknowledge that Conscious Reset and its providers are not liable for any injuries or outcomes related to service participation. A waiver must be signed prior to services.

Disclaimers

By booking or using our services, you agree to our limitations of liability. Services are not a

substitute for emergency care.
